A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at the moment due to those pesky high shipping fees. 😞 But don’t worry! We’ve got distributors in many countries, and we can easily put you in touch with them to get your hands on 13 Lives products. Q: Can I become a retailer of your product?

Q: How long does my package take to arrive?
A: Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, within 2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. For regular delivery, typical transit times are between 3 - 7 business days.
🚨 Important: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of Australia Post, and out of our control. If you chose a tracked delivery option, you'll receive updates not only from us but also from Australia Post, so you can keep an eye on your package!
Please note, we can't be responsible for packages left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item is marked as 'delivered' via the tracking system, any issues should be directed to Australia Post. If your package isn’t collected and is returned to our warehouse, you’ll be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost. Got questions? No worries! Q: What if my package has been lost in transit?
A: As mentioned, once your order leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of Australia Post, and we have no further control over the shipment. If you chose a tracked delivery option, you'll receive updates from both us and Australia Post with tracking details.
🚨 Important: We cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item is marked as 'delivered' in the tracking system, you’ll need to contact Australia Post directly with any inquiries.
